Return Policy
- •Returns are ONLY accepted at the time of delivery
- •You must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery agent
- •Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- •After the delivery agent leaves, returns are no longer possible

- •Wrong items received
- •Damaged items during shipping
- •Products with manufacturing defects
- •Missing items from your order
✗ Not Eligible
- •Returns after delivery agent has left
- •Opened or used products
- •Change of mind after delivery
- •Custom-designed sets (inspect carefully before accepting)
Inspection Process
Receive Delivery
When the delivery agent arrives, inspect your package before signing
Check Contents
Open the package with the agent present and verify all items are correct and undamaged
Report Issues
If there are any problems, inform the delivery agent immediately
Refuse or Accept
You can refuse the delivery if issues are found. Once accepted, returns are not possible
Refund Information
- •Refunds are processed only for refused deliveries
- •If you refuse delivery due to defects or errors, full refund will be issued
- •Processing time: 7-10 business days after delivery refusal
- •Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- •For cash on delivery orders, refunds processed to your bank account
Important Notice
ALL inspections must be done at the time of delivery with the delivery agent present.
Once you accept the delivery and the agent leaves, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
